All services provided by FineWebsites Hosting  may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of Michigan, the State of New Jersey, and the United States of America apply.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FineWebsites Hosting from any claims resulting from the use of our services. FineWebsites Hosting is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on FineWebsites Hosting servers.

The following activities are prohibited and FineWebsites Hosting customers who use their accounts for the following will have their websites and accounts deleted:

• Spamming - sending unsolicited email, or posting messages to newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers.
• Sites containing pornographic material or sites which contain links to adult sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, and sites providing instructions for performing illegal activities.
• Violations and attempted violations of system and network security, or any type of tampering with the system.
• Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited.
